Foyer Jazz

Presented by Saffron Hall

Sara Colman
End the week with a laid-back evening in the Saffron foyer. A well-stocked bar, food trucks serving a superb selection of street food from Road Dogs, plus live music from Sara Colman & Rebecca Nash.
Inspired by her love of classic songwriting and instinctive improvisational energy, Sara’s musical journey brings her jazz sensibility into roots music territory. Her profound originals sit alongside stylish arrangements, the folk-tinged worlds of Joni Mitchell and Paul Simon, contemporary jazz, improvisation and the Americana of Bill Frisell.
Preparing for the release of her much-anticipated new studio album, Sara Colman‘s expressive songwriting blurs musical genres into her own captivating, emotional style. Until now a near-hidden talent, Sara has somehow stayed below the radar yet is regarded by her peers as one of the finest vocalists and songwriters in the UK.
