Madeleine Peyroux

Madeleine Peyroux

Presented by Saffron Hall

Madeline Peyroux

The gloriously smoky vocals and straight-to-the-heart emotional delivery of American singer-songwriter Madeleine Peyroux have earned comparisons with the greatest jazz legends of the past. She comes with a pared-back trio setting to perform classic numbers from her new album Secular Hymns. Saffron Hall turns boîte for the evening – intimate, relaxed, and mellow – for her evocative musical journey through highlights of R&B, soul, jazz, blues and Songbook.

“The show was a balance of vulnerable humanity and meticulous skill... a great interpreter of a poetic lyric” The Guardian on Madeleine Peyroux
