Saffron Walden Choral Society
Come and experience the choral side of musical theatre and benefit from the expertise of one of its leading lights. Mary King, well-known for her television work including Operatunity, Musicality and BBC Choir of the Year, introduces familiar and contemporary chorus material and explores the vocal and expressive skills needed to bring it to performance. With Glyndebourne she works as a Vocal Talent Consultant to develop young aspiring professionals and mixes this with freelance voice coaching to numerous West End musicals such as Wicked and Funny Girl. Author of Boosey and Hawkes singing coaching series and The Singers Handbook.
