Tamsin Waley-Cohen & Huw Watkins
Tamsin Waley-Cohen & Huw WatkinsPresented by Saffron Hall
“Daring and undaunted” was how The Times described the playing of Tamsin Waley-Cohen – and this superb young British violinist has already been nominated for a Gramophone Award. Her programme this afternoon blends classical elegance with Bohemian passion, with Mozart’s darkest violin sonata acting as a prelude to the lyrical beauty and playful wit of sonatas by Dvořák and Beethoven.
Free tea, coffee, sherry and squash will be served after the concert.
This concert is due to finish at approximately 3pm and will not have an interval.
