Year 9 students at Saffron Walden County High School took part in to an immersive week of album writing with the first in our series of artist residencies. Led by acclaimed string ensemble the Brodsky Quartet, this interactive week allowed the students explore and discover multi-disciplinary creative processes.

A team of artists, including Ian Stephens (composer), Hazel Gould (writer), Rhiannon Newman Brown (designer), Sophie Grimmer (singer) and Holly Cassidy (film maker) supported the students as they developed the project, which culminated in a performance at Saffron Hall.
