Sing BIG! 2020
Join us for Saffron Hall’s Sing BIG! 2020 - a mass-participation singing adventure for lower KS2 primary school pupils and their teachers led by renowned conductor and education specialist Dominic Ellis-Peckham built around the themes of Freedom and Liberation.
Your class will be part of an event allowing them to explore singing in a large ensemble context and be led by a world-class choral director with music from all over the world.
Saffron Hall Sing BIG! 2020 will be supported by an innovative CPD Training Session for both specialist and non-specialist music leaders, conductors and vocal trainers, presented by renowned conductor, author and education specialist – Dominic Ellis-Peckham. Join Dominic on Tuesday the 28th January for a unique learning experience, focusing on the development of your own leadership skills, whatever your background and previous training. This specially crafted session will allow you to focus on the development of your own vocal delivery, developing your existing ensembles, creating new ones, refining your leading and conducting skills and exploring new and inspirational repertoire to engage and ignite the prospects for your young singers.
The bespoke CPD session will leave you full of new ideas to take back to school. Dominic will work through the songs for Sing BIG! 2020 and support you with approaches and strategies on how to teach the repertoire. The Saffron Hall team are also here to support schools should any questions arise between the CPD session and the Sing BIG! event.
