We have created this Privacy Policy to give you answers about questions that may concern you when you buy tickets from or donate money to Saffron Hall.

What will you use my information for?

When joining Saffron Hall’s database or purchasing a ticket or membership, Saffron Hall collects basic information to provide you with a personalised and valuable service.
This data may include your name, address, title, date of birth, telephone number, email address or credit card details.

By providing us with this information you are giving us permission to use that information to fulfil your booking, order, request or enquiry. For example, if there is any important change to your booking we will contact you.

When you create an account with Saffron Hall, we ask whether you would like to opt in to receive information about Saffron Hall’s activities. We also ask if you are happy to hear from the artists/promoters you have booked tickets for and with your agreement be in contact directly with you about their activities.

If you opt in to receive information about Saffron Hall activities, we may contact you to tell you about changes in our services or new services, events and offers we think you’ll find of interest. As part of those communications, we may also make recommendations about other cultural activities by partner organisations or other promoters, but those parties will not be in possession of your data.

With agreement about data management protocols, we do make data available to agencies for analysis and research purposes (for instance, comparison sales trends over time, postcode mapping etc). This assists with mandatory reporting to funders such as arts Council England and with strategic planning, helping us to make better business decisions.

We will not use your information in other ways unless you give us permission to do so.
