COVID-19 Information

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic we will be extending our current closure until the end of August. We understand that this is disappointing news, however, our priority will always be the safety our audience, volunteers, musicians and staff.

We are aiming to reschedule as many concerts as possible and are currently working our way through each event. We will be contacting all ticket-bookers as soon as we can with further details about their event and the method of requesting a refund, credit note or donating the value of the tickets.

Please check the drop down boxes below for the status of a specific event or look at the FAQs if you have a question for us before you get in touch with us directly.

Even though we won’t be seeing you in person for a while, we are keen continue sharing world-class artistic experiences with you – albeit virtually. To find out more and stay updated, sign up to our new weekly newsletter at the bottom of this webpage, check out our digital content here or follow us on social media.

Stay safe and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Frequently Asked Questions

I haven’t heard from you about a concert I have tickets for. What should I do?

Before you get in contact with us, please check the above drop down boxes to find the most up to date information about the concert for which you have tickets. If we are still in discussions with the artists about the concert then there’s nothing you need to do – we will be in touch with you directly when we have more information.

If you can see that a concert you have booked for has been postponed or cancelled but you don’t think you have heard from us, please first check your email junk folder, your voicemails and your post then, if you can’t see anything, send us an email on info@saffronhall.com or give us a ring on 01799 588545. We are processing a high number of calls and emails at the moment so please bear with us if it takes a little longer to reply to you than normal.

When will I receive the refund I requested?

We have to process each individual refund by hand and we are working as fast as we can to get these sorted. As long as we have an email address for you, you will receive an automated email when the refund has been processed. We are endeavouring to process all refunds within 30 working days of when they were requested. Once the refund has been processed by us, the money should return to your original payment method within 2-3 days.

What if my concert is postponed but I can't make the new date?

In the email about the new date we will also include a link to an online form where you can request that the value of your tickets be donated to Saffron Hall, converted to Saffron Hall credit or refunded to your original payment method if you are unable to attend the new date. If we don’t have an email address for you we will get in touch by phone or post instead.

Why have I received an email confirming a refund, credit or donation for some tickets in my order, but not others?

We are processing requests for refunds, donations and credits on an event-by-event basis so if you have only seen us process a transaction for your tickets for one event, don’t worry, we will sort out your tickets for the other events as well as soon as we can.

Why did I receive Print at Home tickets for concerts that have already happened or future concerts which I know will be postponed or cancelled?

If there is an amendment to your order – for example, a concert which you have tickets for is rescheduled or your tickets for one event in the order are returned – you will receive the updated Print at Home tickets for the whole order again so you have the most up-to-date tickets all in one place. This is why you may receive tickets for a concert that has already happened – or a concert which is yet to be formally cancelled or postponed.

Why did I receive Print at Home tickets for a concert even though I have requested a refund, credit or donation for that concert?

This happened because we have recently changed the date of the concert on our booking system and, at present, you still have tickets for this event because we have not been able to process your donation, credit or refund yet. Rest assured we have received your request for the value of these tickets to be donated, credited or refunded and we will process that request as soon as we can. You will know when we have processed your request as you will receive an automated confirmation email.
