Why haven’t I received a confirmation email after booking my tickets online?

I’ve booked my tickets online, how do I collect them?
If you opted to collect your tickets, you can either pick them up from the Box Office at Saffron Hall up to one hour before the performance, or collect them in advance from:
Saffron Walden Tourist Information Centre
1 Market Place
Please note that the Box Office at Saffron Hall only opens an hour before each performance begins (we don’t have a permanent Box Office).
Can I park at Saffron Hall?
Yes, we have over 400 free parking spaces on site, all within five to 10 minutes’ walk from the hall.
To make sure you have enough time to park and make your way to your seats, we suggest arriving at least 20 minutes before your performance starts.
Is there a cloakroom at Saffron Hall?
Yes, you can leave coats, bags and umbrellas in our monitored cloakroom for free at all events.
Do you have baby-changing facilities?
Yes, in the accessible toilet on the ground floor.
Is there somewhere I can smoke?
Saffron Hall is a smoke-free site. Please wait until you’ve left the grounds before smoking.
Can I take photographs or record events in Saffron Hall?
Recording and photography is forbidden unless it is with the express permission of the event promoter and Saffron Hall management.
Can I exchange my tickets or get a refund?
We will only offer a refund if a performance is postponed, cancelled or abandoned less than halfway through.

I would like to deactivate my online account. How do I do that?
