Performances
With capacity for up to 740 guests and a Steinway D concert grand piano, Saffron Hall is available to hire for performances and recordings. However, availability is limited. This is due to our busy concert and events programme and the hall’s dual function as a school hall during term time.
The hall is available for performances at weekends, in school holidays, and on selected weekdays. Our booking system for performances prioritises our events, followed by events held by our partners. We usually allocate any additional rental dates approximately 12 months in advance of the event (subject to availability).
Due to the scarcity of available rental dates for performances, we're selective in the projects we accommodate. We offer the hall to those projects with the most suitable size, programme or acoustic.
How to register your interest in hire of the hall
Please send an outline of your project to info@saffronhall.com. Your outline should include your preferred dates or time period. Please give us as much information about the project as possible, including artists, repertoire, the number of performers involved and who will be the promoter. Please also let us know of any technical requirements, to ensure that what you're planning is feasible within the time available.
