English Baroque Soloists & John Eliot Gardiner

English Baroque Soloists & John Eliot Gardiner

Presented by Saffron Hall

Amid timeless beauty and sparkling wit, two instruments take on human personalities – laughing, conversing, and sharing the inmost secrets of their souls.

It can only be Mozart, but even Amadeus himself never wrote anything better than his magnificent Sinfonia concertante. It’s the big heart of a concert filled with some of the 18th century’s most life-affirming music: and no-one understands it better than John Eliot Gardiner.
