Experience the timeless magic of Billie Holiday and Lester Young as award-winning saxophonist Dan Forshaw teams up with up & coming vocalist Becca Wilkins in a stunning new collaboration. Forshaw’s expressive saxophone perfectly captures the spirit of Young’s smooth, lyrical tone, while Wilkins brings Holiday’s soulful voice to life with heartfelt emotion. Together, they recreate the extraordinary musical relationship between two jazz legends, whose improvisational brilliance and deep connection gave rise to some of the most iconic recordings in jazz history.

Forshaw and Wilkins pay tribute to their classic partnership by exploring songs like “All of Me” “A Fine Romance” and “Mean to Me” with fresh, captivating interpretations. Whether you’re a long-time fan or new to their music, this concert will transport you back to the smoky clubs of New York in the 1930s and '40s, where Holiday and Young made magic together. Don’t miss this chance to hear their unforgettable legacy revived by two outstanding contemporary artists.
