Jess Gillam Ensemble
Jess Gillam EnsemblePresented by Saffron Hall

A concert from superstar saxophonist Jess Gillam and her like-minded musical friends is always a special occasion.
Theirs is a bold, big-hearted approach to music from around the globe and in all styles. Whether in a baroque concerto, jazz standard, traditional song or new music written and arranged especially for them, the ensemble radiates a joy and mutual understanding in their music-making. Scattering some festive favourites and surprises into the mix, their special Christmas concerts are a joyous, freewheeling playlist, performed with warmth, rapport, and dazzling musicianship.
