Musical Pictures: A Symphonic Showcase

Musical Pictures: A Symphonic Showcase

Presented by The Perse School

Our orchestras and wind band will take audience members on a journey through curious and colourful musical portraits.

From the sunlit rhythms of Reed’s El Camino Real, via Lully’s depiction of pompous bourgeois life, to the myriad cast of people, animals and places in Ravel’s orchestration of Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition.
