National Youth Jazz Orchestra
National Youth Jazz OrchestraPresented by Saffron Hall
The most exciting up-and-coming young jazz talents of today join forces to celebrate the music that gets us grooving, from the forties to the noughties. Classic tunes by Duke Ellington rub shoulders with hits from Kylie Minogue in a brilliantly eclectic and diverse programme. Be wowed by the blistering energy of the National Youth Jazz Orchestra which, in its fifty-year history, has launched hundreds of stellar artists, including Guy Barker and Amy Winehouse.
During the afternoon NYJO will work with aspiring jazz musicians from SWCHS.
This concert will finish at approximately 9.30pm
