Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club presents: ‘A Night at the Movies’

Presented by Saffron Hall

Tickets from £18

Price includes a commission of £1.00

Ronnie Scott’s Artistic Director James Pearson is joined by a crack team of jazz stars for a brand-new concert programme celebrating the music of the movies.

This is a journey through some of the most iconic musical moments in film history featuring songs such as ‘Moon River’ (Breakfast at Tiffany's), Marilyn Monroe’s ‘Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend’ (Gentlemen Prefer Blonds) and "I Wanna be Loved by You' (Some Like It Hot), as well and a fresh interpretation of classics such the Dolly Parton’s ‘9 to 5’ … and much more.

In addition, expect a sparkling collection of instrumental numbers from the likes of Henry Mancini and Roy Budd, as well as a rather famous piece of film music written by Sonny Rollins in Ronnie Scott’s club in 1966!
